Yes... There are numerous ones you can use....
I personally use WinHiip.... You just take your drive out of your ps2 and put it in your pc.... Then use Winhiip to transfer your games to your hdd..... Then put the drive back in your ps2..... There are other programs that you can use to transfer via a network cable directly to your ps2 but the transfer speeds are slower..... So I just use winhiip.... Just my opinion!
