Vga Box + Boot Loader

Hi all, sorry to border you all at this time.
But i realy2 to know, how to use Boot Loader Utopia with patch Vga Patch.
I have Utopia Boot Loader v1.1 but is didn't work on my Vga Box.
Can you tell me how to make Boot Loader using Vga Patch.?
I mean how, make boot loader using vga patch
