"CLS-srep_x64.exe has stopped working"

While installing max payne 3 i am getting this error at 14.5%.Is there anyway to solve this problem?

Probably you don't have enough free space in the hard disk in that moment.

In Max Payne 3 the ".rpf" Files have a lots of matches, so the Srep has a great role on it. At the time of installing cls-srep will take huge RAM, if you don't bind (fixed) it's RAM usage. So Fix the RAM usage to 512 mb or 1024 mb (use 1024 if you have 4gb or above RAM).
If the Problem Doesn't solve you can try the cls-srep.dll by ProFragger. Most of the Repackers uses this.
