Best compression method? What is it?

Hello, I wonder if anyone knows a good compression method. Bat
I saw the Batman Akrham Origins compressed weighing 18GB to 8GB, Assassins Creed IV 14GB Black Flag I think, 5GB, AC Freedom Cry IV 4GB to 1GB and everything. What method believe that you are using? And all the files are SRB.. What is SBR? THANK YOU.
