Ripping Grandia 2

I have ripped Grandia 2 (PAL) and extracted the files, which come to a little over 900MB. There are some big .afs and .skd files there which I am going to downsample, but I have seen afew postings saying that the way to do this game is to rip it onto 2 CDS - How do you do that ? How do you know which files to put on which disk etc ?

Any help would be appreciated.
