I have just bought Silent Hill 5 : Homecoming, so I downloaded it and when I pressed start new game the opening video starts, so when it begins the game freezes and crashes. Please can anyone help me?

Ask the developers on why.

Also where did you buy it to download it? Ask them also.

Also check the specifications of your pc versus the minimum requirements.

I didn't download it from the net, but I bought it from a store you don't know it because I live in Jordan. But anyway I tried downloading the game so many times until it was successfully downloaded, every time I download the game an error pops up and tells me that a file wasn't downloaded so I press retry and it works.

Buying a downloadable game in a shop? Interesting. Have you also asked the shop about your problems?

What you can try is check on the website of the developer for patches.
Update your graphic card drivers.
and if you are running Vista put 1GB more Ram in your PC......

If it still doesnot work go to the shop and bring it back......

Kind Regards,
Klaudia

This thread stinks...

1. He said he bought then downloaded it.

2. I asked where did he download it, then he says he didnt from the net, but yet he tried to download many times.

So..... I assume downloading he means installing from discs
