Lik Sang cable? Does it work?

I was reading some of the posts and noticed that someone said that the Lik Sang DC Coders cable is no good for ripping dreamcast g***s.

I THIS TRUE? IF SO CAN IT BE MODIFIED TO RIP DC G***S? HOW CAN I MOD IT?
ALSO, i have tried burning the serial-slave disk in DOS, Diskjuggler and NERO and all i get is the cdplayer when i turn on the DC. Can anyone please help me?

Yes the Lik Sang cable works without ANY modification. I just ripped my first game yesterday although I still need to burn it. That seems like the hard part.
