Virtua Tennis 3 controller issues

I'm using an Xbox 360 controller with this game. Really fun game so far. I'm having some controller problems when in the main menu screen I can't seem to get back to exit out of the game. Is this a flaw in the setup for the controller. I've tried to make adjustments in the Options>controller menu but you can highlight the gamepad option and that was it. Game play works fine except the guy keeps falling down all the time.

i m on pc, and i tried all virtua trainers and none of them are working with my version (1.0) all releases from Maxsound dont work while i m running my game, i just press keys expected but nothing comes out...Any idea plz? Perhaps emailing to the trainer maker to fix the prob...

I figured out the controller issue. DA! I had this same problem before. Unplug any other game controllers. I had a Forcefeedback 2 controller I use for my FSX sim and it was taking priority over my 360 controller. Just in case someone else runs into this problems. As far as the runtime error everyone is having. Still getting that.
