Sherlock Holmes - The Awakened

I'm having trouble getting this one working. I've legitimately purchased this game (it's available early here in Australia), but the copy protection seems to have issues with my drive (Pioneer 106D), it keeps saying "Please insert original CD".

I've read on another forum about someone having the same issue, and that they found TAGES to be the copy protection in use for this game. Is there any general crack to defeat TAGES or will I need to wait for a nocd patch to be released (or go and buy another drive?!).

Any ideas would be great. Thanks!

contact the publisher or bring back the game to the store.

You paid 50bucks and cannot play the game which is a fault of the publisher.

You could contact the publisher/developer and let them know your Pioneer 106 isnt doing its job for the protection.

They may help you if you can prove you have a legit copy.

Also yes Pioneer's 106's were removed from sales pretty quick when it was found they are infact crap, 107's took over shortly after.
