Windows version of dc demo loader?

its a program that u can use to make demo type menus to load different demo bins from a cd. i was thinking, you could put a bunch of small games (crazy taxi, namco museum, midway classics, mr driller etc) on 1 disc and point the demo loader to the 1st_read.bin files on the disc. would be awesome, just click the game you want and it would load. only prolem is, its in .tar (linux) format and my comps have windows.. does anyone know of a program similar to this that can be burned under windoze? thanks in advance.
