HELP Hitman Blood Money Shader problem

Hi guys!!!!
I have hitman blood money and, althought I applied the v1.2 patch, it doesn´t work in shader model 3!!!!
In shader model 2 the game works perfectly, however, when I configure it to work in shader model 3, the game loads, I can see the intro, but in the menu, I can hear the music but I can´t see anything

I have a p4 3.0ghz, 1 gb ram + eVGA 7800 GS (AGP)

Is there something that can solve this problem?
