HELP my dvdrw combo drive wont recognize cd-r
Im trying to burn a cdr game and everytime i put a blank cdr in, it says its not valid media. WTF

Perhaps, your drive is damaged; its laser cannot see the discs anymore; or the drivers are messed up. Swap it with another drive and see if that works; put that drive into another PC and see if that works.

What burner do you have?? Some of the new dvd burners no longer support cd-r's.
BTW, what game are you trying to burn? Are you making a direct backup from the original? |

Its actually an image i downloaded .iso I tried burning other things though on a cdr and it still wont recognize it. Theyre memorex CD-r and they say music on them but theyre just regular 700mb cd-r. I also tried a standard cd-r and it said the same thing. Its either the burner itself or the software. I was using Roxio 7.5, and a writemaster dvdrw drive. It says compact disc rewriteable ultra speed+ on the damn drive though.

there you go rule 1 broken straitaway we do not support warez so you will not get any help from this forum regarding warez.
if you'r clever enough to download games images then you figure it out. |

When will you people learn? No downloading ISOs from the net. At least now you'll have some time off to think about that...
