How do u copy a self-boot dc game with Clone cd or disc juggler???????

how do u burn dc self-boot games with clone cd or #### juggler cause when i try it dont copy??
any HELP?????pleazzzzzz

this is what I said in an earlier post -

I dont think this way has been posted here before, anyway this is how I did it (without the annoying noisy disc accesses!!)
Use CloneCD

these are the options you need to tick :

-fast error skip
-dont report read errors (not really needed)
-Dont repair sub channel
-perform lazer power calibration
-Read max
-Write 2x

my writer wouldn't accept these options for the reading of the self-boot, so I used my DVD drive to read it in (depends on your writer)
