my dc wont tinks my self booting burned games are audio track although i have no problem with boot d

please can someone help me? i can copy boot disk games no problem but when i try to copy self boot games they seem to copy ok according to the programs i use (dj 2 and clone cd) but then when i try to run it in my dc it just shows up as an audio track. please help as this is really getting me down. i've tried everything and dont know what else to try, please help. ive tried cdi2nero and my dc still show up as one big long audio track.
