Xbox live and Mod Chip - need to reset Xbox

I hit Xbox live with my mod chip turned on (mistake of course) and of course got banned.

I have a spare Xbox machine that will never be used for Xbox Live. How do I swap the xbox live ID from one box to another?

It would be easier to just use the other xbox for xbox live.

You have to swap eeproms and hdd-keys, which you need to modify your xbox, one way or another, to get.

You need to change the eeporom. There is a program called configmagic and you use that to put a new eeprom onto the xbox. Also to learn a lot more about xbox mods and if you need help go to www.teamxecuter.com and then on the left click on Community forms. You can learn a lot there even if you don't have an Xecuter mod chip. E-mail or PM me if you need further help. You still might need to get a new xbox live account. (not sure?)

as much as I like team xecuter, don't advertise other forums. There is a difference between offering a direct link to a specific issue, and saying "go here for mod help" when that is the whole point to the forum here.

could anyone tell me if i can switch my ntsc xbox to pal? i bought it for my husband when i was in singapore and didnt realise we wouldnt be able to play games bought in the uk (DOH!!).

if i get it chipped would this solve the problem or do i need it chipped and then use a 'video mode select cd'? i'd be grateful if anyone could shed any light on this for me. cheers!

You will have to get a chip in it in order to be able to run the Videmode Switchdisc. So get someone to install a chip, install a bios on it and then run the Enigma Videomode Switchdisc.
You will need a chip because Videomode switchdisc is unsigned code and therefore must be run through a hacked BIOS.
