DPM and new Directory on CD/DVD? (example: SilentHunter3)

Hello,
got a question about the DPM.

For Example (Silent-Hunter 3):
I've made an Image from the DVD and replaced the DPM with an working one(1x) and burned the dvd with the RMPS Funktion.
It works very well with my usb 2.0 dvd

I also made an Directory and copied all of the orginal contents of the dvd in it(from the ORIGINAL DVD, not the copied one!).

But....
I want to add an extra Directory on the DVD with the Patches, Key, Mods, etc.
How can I add the working DPM on it? I think I had to make an Image out of this Directory contents, add the working DPM on it and burn with the RMPS. Does this work?

I only want an seperate Directory on my SH3 DVD, so that the emulation works with my usb 2.0 and the game starts.

I hope you understand my question.
(I'm only a stupid German, who knows a little bit English, so don't blame me )

That's a good question. I was thinking of asking a similar one for Chaos Theory etc. I always like to keep patches etc on the install disk if possible.

I'm sure someone will know how to do this.

There is no way to add extra content on a copy-protected CD/DVD. Once added, subchannel and TOC changes, so therefore, copy-protection will not match what it is looking for (exact size for example). In SF case, ISO-protect will detect certain sectors does not contain what it should, and then, will fail check. Furthermore, ISOprotect last 6 sector will not be where it should on original, so no ISOprotect info found ---> crash.
