Why my self boots spins fast during loading on dc with dj 3.0

Mysboot game spins fast on the dc when loading the game for the 1st time.It happens for 1-2 secs and then it returns to its normal speed after loading. im using the lowest speed with raw read/write and ignore read boxes checked
Does any1 have similar problem,how can i fix this?

Thats normal. dj is making sure theres a cd in the drive.
