why won't CloneCD clone the cd? I still need nocd patch to play
For all games, like warcraft3, I used clonecd but I still need to use a loader to play, why won't the clonecd clone the cd perfectly? I heard if you use virtural cd, then you don't need to use the no cd patch to run. How come virtural cd software is able to copy the disc completely but software like clonecd and daemon tools are not?

Because the virtual CD software will emulate the copy protection, fooling the game that it is the original CD.
CloneCD and others are not yet able to do a perfect 1:1 copy of the newer copy protections. But I'm sure they are being developed.

1:1 Copy with CloneCD 5
You must activate the "CloneCD Tray" and keeping it running when starting the backup!
But this does not work with all copy protections (not with new ones)!

As WC3 uses SecuRom 4.6-4.8 you could get a bwa file and/or use the twinpeak method. Alcohol also worth a shot. Just give it a try.
