Trouble Turning Power Stone 2 Self-Boot into Non-Self-Boot

I have turned other games into non self boot and has worked fine such as Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2. I followed the directions that were on the article on http://www.dccopies.co.uk. When I load the game the screen freezes at 98%, I am using Utopia V1.1! The 1ST_READ.BIN had the 5C2E code near the cd001 text string. In the other BIN's that contained the cd001 text string(2_DP.BIN, MAIGO.BIN, SG_DPLDR.BIN) the 5C2E key was absent. So I am assuming that is were the problem is!
