hmm if the game wasnt meant to be run under win 98 and judging that the majority used winxp now hmm i doubt that even if its possibly (wich i dont see how) that it will be made, sorry mate

there wasn't thinking. Infact the only supported os is Windows XP or Windows 2000. Nothing more nothing less.
It take very much virtual memory AND ram memory. Realy think this is bad coding and bad compress. And the game isn't even thrilling nice...  Don't buy the game if you have Windows 98 OS. Return the game unopened!

I agree it doesn't work on 98, however when you do upgrade a no cd fix exists for thief 3
and 2 if your interested. Full versions only imo sorry. Just realized this was an oooooold post.. woah is all I'm gonna say.. Someone should really lock things over a year ago.. like this that're still open. Last edited by Waterdust; 18-12-2009 at 16:16.
