trouble copying Lord of the Ring: King

Has anyone else had trouble with backing up Lord of the Ring Return of the king, I used Dvdecryter and that part went fine. When I resize it using InstantCopy I get a error abnormal shutdown message at 98%. My hard drive is not full. Can someone help me.

DVDShrink will work. I've burned Return of the King using it. Works fine.
