can someone plese tell me step by step on how to back up a ps2 game on record now, or ay other way that will work.

Let's see...

Step 1: Run ANY DAMN PROGRAM THAT BURNS DVD's. Doesn't matter which one.

Step 2: Put PS2 DVD in your DVD-ROM.

Step 3: Put Blank DVD in your DVD burner.

Step 4: Hit "copy".

HOW HARD CAN THIS POSSIBLY BE, PEOPLE!?!?!?!?!?!

That's on the fly, and we all know the problems that causes, although I do understand that it would be nice if people could use the search function or look on the top post...

how about disc copy method? works everytime for me. not that hard

No, it's NOT on-the-fly.

Nero, Recordnow, and probably every other program defaults to NOT using on-the-fly nowadays.

I simply use the DVD-ROM to READ, and the DVD-RW to WRITE, and that's it.
