simcity4 crash with the no cd crack

Simcity 4 is crashing with the no cd crack provided

I have simcity run and when I reach the point to see the different region map it crach. I did uninstall / install delete my document\simcity 4 files I tryed all these and no solution

I saw some people saying that it could be related to the antialiasing however I can not disable this I have a ATI 9800 AIW Pro

yes, sorry, but were not tech support.

but it works without a crack and the original cd?

yes it does, however when I install the latest update for simcity 4, and using a old NO CD crack it works, however with this crack I always get the error can not parse or read the graphics rules.sgr file and when I use the latest crack I do not get this error anymore but I am crashing. I used to have the game running properly with the error unable to read graphcs rules.sgr error
