how to burn nfsu

I have tried burning nfsu by following instructions from
cdmediaworld safedisc 2 section. (disc 2) This is what i did. (the
game is already installed on my system using original cd's)
1) I created an image of the disc using clonecd with the fast error
skip turned on.
2) I used daemon tools to load the image - it worked fine, i could
play the game - no errors.
3) I burnt the image to a cd using nero 5 to see if it would work, when i try to play the game using that cd i get an error (speed.exe)
4) I used insektors to fix the image as thats what you should do
5) I tried loading that image onto daemon tools - it didnt
work (gives me an error - speed.exe)\
6) I burnt that image onto a cd - it didnt work either - gave me
and error msg (speed.exe)

Am i not creating the image properly? I am not fixing the image
properly?
Thanks in advance for ur help

Why you create the image with CloneCD and burn it with Nero ?
Burn it with CloneCD, turn on the Weak Sectors - Options and it should work.
Nero is s*h*i*t for copyprotected cds.

okay ive tried burning it again. this time ive done this:
i created an image using clonecd 4.3.1.9
i used the protected pc game option
i edited the profile options as follows:
data options
>read speed max
>read subchannel data off
>regenerate sectors off
audio options
>read speed max
>audio extraction quality bad
>read subchannel data off
>only read the first session off
error handling
>fast error skip settings on
>abort on read error off
>dont report read errors on
>intelligent bad sector scanner off
i burnt it as follows (using clonecd 4.3.1.9):
using protected pc game option
edited profile as follows:
>write speed max
>weak sectors amplify
>dont repair subchannel data on

ok now wen i inserted the disc and went to play it, i didnt get an error this time, what happened is it just sat on the intitial nfsu screen, with the cdrom spooling up and down, i left for a few minutes, nothing happened, so i just ctrl alt deleted it.

Please do a search for "Two Sheep Burner". There should be a list, which burner are able to do correct EFM encoding. This is needed to make perfect Safedisc2 backups.
