burning help

i have been coming into problems recently with trying to fit newer dvd-9 full disks on a reg dvd r. anger managenment and a man apart both movies i ripped with decrypter and smartripper then did dvd2one then when i went to burn it with copytodvd it wont let me burn it! it says the files are bigger than 4.38 gb but when i click on properties on the video_ts folder it says the movie is 4.37gb wich should be good enough to burn, any ideas as to what i should do to make full copies not just movie only on to 1 dvd r?
