i need help with nascar 4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

i cant seem to get my nascar 4 to connect to a server to play online. how do you get it to cnnect to a server,and where do you find these servers. also does anyone know of any sites or servers where you can just race, and not have to sign up for a league.
