I can't update Disciples II

I can't update Disciples II - Dark prophecies.
According to the version information it's "Disciples II v1.1" (US english). I've downloaded the update v1.1 to 1.2a (and so on) from the official web site and it says it's not the proper version.
(Also the other updates...)

The main EXE file on the ORIGINAL CD (it's a bundled copy from a magazine) is 4 286 976 bytes.
I suspect that it is not the original retail game v1.1 EXE so I need an original v1.1 EXE (please send me via e-mail)... or any other solution?

I think noone here will send you an uncracked exe!

Mostly a "Magazine"-Version of an older game is already at highest version. Have you tried asking for help the people from this magazine ?

Ahemm.
I don't think that magazines give you the newest version... (max. the final retail version, but not the later updated - they are not allowed to change the original CD...) and my problem is not about cracks or something.

...and that is the problem. This board is only for problems with cracks... Sorry!

If there are other patches (not US english) try it. So on i don't know another way...

Thanx, I understand.

It was worth trying... some of the cracks also contains the original EXE.
