psx bootdisc help

Hi, I am in need of some help. At this present time I have the psone old boot disc at home but it does not let the console play imported games from abroad. I have been told to download another boot disc but do not know which one and aslo how to put it onto disc after it is unzipped. Any help would be much appreciated.

In order for you to use the burnt boot disc, you must have a mod chip. you burn it to disc just as you would back up a psx game.
