1 to 1 backup of dvd's

I can already backup my dvd's using panasonic dmre20 dvd recorder + video stabiliser from lectropaks.What i want 2 do is make a true 1/1 copy including all menus. what equipment do i need and what software should i use please?

You can't!!! It just not possible...99% of all hollywood movies are DVD9(Dual Layered) where us consumers has access to only DVD5 recordable media's(DVD-R 4.7).
Also there is no DVD9 burners either so only thing is rip the DVD9 to DVD5..By the way I got a DMR-E30..Great machinery..
