how to record avi to video tape ?!

i have an avi and i (divx from ripped dvd)
and want to record to video tape VHS !
because my girl friend has no pc but only
video tape reader !
THANKS because i try severals but no thing
recorded ! WHY ?
so th avi is really fine 2h30!

ummm, just get a tv-out card, connect pc to tv and record as usual while watching it on tv

thanks for youre send but i don(t want to record TV prog !
i have an asus6600 deluxe video card with composite and SVHS
ouput to connect to TV or video tape recorder
So i just want to record my avi file
May i have to use PREMIERE or somethink like that ?
