Dual layer

Hi guys, quite new to the subject but am trying to sus it all out.

Can any on the dvd burners burn a dual layer disc.
Since most movies are bigger than 4.7gb, are they just using a 4.7gb dual layer, so once 4.7 is used it goes to the next layer.

So is there a burner that can do a dvd copy of dual layered disc?

My other question is, are xbox games really bigger than 4.7gb?
and if so are they just on a 4.7 dual layed disc?

Thanks Guys

Dual layer Discs are 4.7 x 2= 9.4 on the single side..
Double sided DVD-R's are 4.7 on each side.
There is no Dual layer burner at the time being.
Nor anytime soon..I'm sure it will happen since technology is advancing..
Xbox games run by 9.4 media's and release groups puts them into 4.7 gig DVD-R's..
Dual layer discs are usually called DVD9 format while single sided 4.7 DVD's are called DVD5 rounded off to the nearest number.
