Sims Vacation Backup Problem

I have a Philips PCRW804 and an LG CED-8080B. I used clone cd to make a successful backup. But when I try to play the game, the game doesnt work. Any advice? Thanks for the help.

Re: Sims Vacation Backup Problem

What error messege are you getting, what is the problem, at what stage of the playing process does it not work, what settings did you use in Clone CD

The game backs up fine, but the when the game is put in to the cd rom the game's title comes up and then stops working. The setting part I am a little confused about since I did not even know that the settings could be changed in Clone CD. Thanks very much for the help again.

This game is impossible. LOL I am killing myself trying to backup this game. My sister wants to play and I want to play and we only have one cd. I have now read it at 2x and written at 2x. I have no idea why it won't work. The screen says read succesful and then write successful but it wont work. This has taken so long and I have used so many cdrs that for some reason its almost funny. LOL. If there is way to make this work please let me know. If there isnt then oh well, I gave it my best. Thanks to anyone who helps.

That game has SafeDisc2 read it at 2x and write at maxium. Using CloneCd of course. If that doesnt work get a new burner. I mean what is point in wasting money buying a burner in the first place which wont burn everything

according to everything i've seen, your drive(s) won't handle this version of safedisc. try no-cd cracks, as they seem to be your last hope. or buy a 2nd copy of the game (steal it, perhaps ? )

A no cd crack allows you to play the game without a CD. Try www.gamecopyworld.com
