Exclamation Making PS2 DVD-R BACKUPS

I have a PNP V4 Modchip and I have made a few DVD-R backups but they dont work. I was wondering if there was a special way to make backups of these games Right now i am just using the Nero Burning Rom DVD copy utility. If there is a better way please tell me!

Origachip or Messiah will do the job. PNP is USB, right?

PNP is a dvd key plugged into a no solder board.

everyone will need to buy a Messiah now for dvd backups
as new versions of GS2/AR2 no longer boot dvd-r.

the last version to boot dvd-r (v2.02) is just about
sold out eveywhere. You would be very lucky to
get your hands on one.

(I have been looking for 3 weeks)

Actually I just figured it out and now it plays DVD-Rs perfect!!!
I have the newest GS2! This is how it works!

This is the only working method i know of that will boot a DVD-R with a No-Solder mod and a GS2v2.0 or higher!

Insert, GS2 Disk 1 and let it load completely!
Swap GS2 Disk 1 with a origonal game larger than the backup, and wait about 15 seconds. (Final Fantasy 10 is 4.17 GIGs and GTA3 is 4.32 GIGs) So those are really good boot games.
Next you MUST select any age from the codelist and change what codes are on or off. IF YOU DON'T DO THIS IT WONT WORK!!!!!
Next START THE GAME WITH SELECTED CODES
A screen will appear saying something like saving changes or updating codes. Right when this screen comes up hold the eject button untill the tray pops out then swap the origonal game with the DVD-R backup. Then the tray will close automatically after a few seconds.
The next screen will say now switch the gameshark disk with the game disk (or something to that affect) DO NOT CHANGE ANY DISKS AT THIS SCREEN JUST PRESS X TO START THE GAME
Then your DVD-R will boot!!!!!
