Pro Evolution Soccer on US PS2

I have been trying to figure out how to play Pro Evolution Soccer on my US Version 4 PS2 for a while now. I know I need a MOD Chip and the patch. Here is what I need.

1. I simply want to do this to play Pro Evolution Soccer and eventually PES2 wish is a PAL game.[/B]
2. What is the best MOD Chip for this.
3. If I supply someone with the game, could someone make a copy of it for me with the patch?[B]1.
