arcanum no cd crack isnt working

I need help with the no cd crack from gamecopyworld.i installed the english patch 1074 but when i download the no cd english crack it tells me first to install the uk patch 1074.why ?? when im trying to get the english no cd crack why would i need to patch it with uk 1074?? does this make sence?so heres what i did and it didnt work.i installed the english patch 1074 and the english no cd crack for version 1074 and it doesnt work.why would i need a uk patch for the english no cd crack??i need somehelp here.
