this game is PAL not work my NTSC DreamCast

any one help me?? edit (1st_read.bin)PAL to NTSC or give me patch...

Have you tried to set 60 Hz code to 50 Hz ?

50 Hz : 01E403A002E401A003E4
60 Hz : 00E403A000E401A000E4

So look for 50 Hz code and change it by 60 Hz code !!!
Or use "PAL Patcher"...

The code you found isn't a 50 Hz code. It's no use changing it.

00E403A001E401A002E4 => is what you found
01E403A002E401A003E4 => is 50 Hz code
00E403A000E401A000E4 => is 60 Hz code

If you can't find it, you won't be able to patch it easily.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean...
So did you find 50 Hz code, or didn't you ?!?

If what you want to do is change 50 Hz by 60 Hz, you must look for this code :
01E403A002E401A003E4

and everytime you find it, change it by :
00E403A000E401A000E4

But don't change any other code !!!

By the way, changing 50 to 60 Hz is what PAL Patcher does...
