state of emergency

i got me the kalisto version of state of emergency
i applied the patch for it with ppf-o-matic 3
now when i boot the game and go for pal video mode
the game freezes on the intro fmv, if however i choose
ntsc video mode the game goes on fine
little strange isn`t it ?
is used nero & cdrwin to burn and i use a liteon 16x10x40 cdrw
is the patch wrong cause i`ve patched other games and they work fine

anyone can help me with this one ?

btw i burned at low speed so that can`t be it either

Not too sure what the problem is on this one,
but I know that there is another patch available to fix problems in this game.
It is available on www.ps2ownz.com
Might be worth checking out

but there doesn`t seem to be a patch for soe on that site

but i`ll look a bit further something might show up
