I order a Pioneer A03 today,It came with pinnacle express software.

Will this software work or should I look for a better software,
Ihave a r-chip. thank's

The best software is primo DVD
after that Nero Burning ROM, a demo version of Nero can be downloaded from the Nero Site.
For primo best thing to do is ask someone to send it to you or look on the net for a copy.
