Winning Eleven 5 Final Evolution - won't boot

Every game I've downloaded boots perfectly (on my version 5 ntsc ps2 with starchip), except these two: Winning Eleven 5, and Winning Eleven 5 Final Evolution. I've deleted the former, and I'm focusing on the latter.

I'm told that the fact that WE5 & WE5FE won't boot may be due to my starchip objecting to the "UP rename of the executable" (which is Latin to me), so I'm wondering if anyone knows of a tool that will allow me to alter the system.cnf file in the bin archive.
