CD Covers

I have this software called CD Label Maker in which I use to create labels for the game cd's that I back up. Now usually I can find a nice bitmap image on the game cd to use as my label, but on many instances there is no image to find. Is there a trick to accessing these files to use on my label maker software?
I downloaded a couple of cd covers form CD Cover World, but the files have an .art file extension on them. My label maker software doesn't recognize these file types. So I also downloaded the software it said would open these .art files, called CDcover++. When I tried to use this it also did not work with the .art file. I'm confused!
If anyone likes to put covers on their back-ups and can clue me in on what I'm doing wrong, please respond. Thanks.

when you find the cover you want on a website right click on it then save as and then change it from save as art to save as bitmap then when you use the covercc it will work
