D2x Region Language Pb !!!!

Hi,
I'm french and i just bought D2x in the US
When I tried launching D2x, it says 'The language of the previously installed Diablo 2 must match the language of D2X'.

I'm sure there's a way (key reg ??) to **** it. Any ideas ???
