How do i patch TGDD and X-squad to work with the Neo 4

I have both these games and when i was using the swap method by using the nife trick they work but now i have the Neo 4 they don't work
what should i use to patch them and how do i do it

Download EA/PPF patcher from psxcopyworld,PS2 utils.(link at top of this page).

Now use CDRWIN to make a bin file from your original copy. run the EA patcher to patch the bin file youve created.(EA patcher is fully automatic - absolut cinch to use).
Burn the bin file back to a cd using cdrwin.
Voila a working copy of TGDD on your NEO4 console.
