Making Backups. Please help!

Hi people,
I've just bought a CD writer recently and i'm having considerable trouble making backups of my Playstation one games. Here is a list of the software I have:

Clone CD - latest version
Roxio Easy CD creater 5 platinum
CDRWIN - latest version
Nero burning rom - latest version

Can anyone tell me what I should use and the stages I should go through, i've been through psxcopyworld and other sites and i'm not having much luck. Help will be great.
