beginner burner please help me!!!!!!!!!

I'm trying to burn syphon filter 1 with this patch i got off of
PSXcopyworld.com the zip file came with 3 files:

1. Syphfix.exe
2. Syph.blk
3. Paradox.txt

the readme is completely useless. i double clicked Syphfix.exe and got
to a msdos window that says:

SYPHON FILTER ISOPATCHER V1.01 by FREEFALL/PARADOX PSX

Destination CDRWIN Iso (full path)? <here i can type stuff>

I am completely lost. could you please help me?

firstly you need to copy the game using CDRWIN

next copy the patch to the same folder where you have the disk image - you should have 2 files one

one being the .bin file the other being a .cue file

next run the patch exe and type in the location of the bin file e.g

C:\windows\desktop\game\image.bin

the patch should now be complete
