WHY DOES CDRWIN GIVE ME OVER 3000 ERRORS B4 I GIVE UP

When i try to create an image of, well this time its Crash Team Racing I get over 3000 errors before it gets to 0. Its getting a bit irritating now. The last time it happened it was to do with 4 files on destruction derby raw i think, they were all between 30 and 60 meg each but messed up cdrwin. The biggest problem was even trying to copy one of these files to my hard drive, i just kept getting the error "the file is no longer present, please press f5 to refresh files!. If nebody out there has the answer it would b much appriciated.
