Patch .RAR for Gameday 2001/need help!

Is anybody know how to patch gameday 2001 with the .RAR patch on GCW, actually there is 3 icon, do i need to download all of them?
How do i install the .RAR patch if i download gameday with cdrwin3.8?
This patch says DONT WORK!!! but i read in another forum that it should work, if you know more let me know, or if you have another antimodchip patch, let me know.
