FFIX patch - Team Kalisto

Is it possible to remove the patch from the game and reburn?

When I try to burn (leaving the patch), I usually make a image and burn to disc with CDRWIN but I am having a bit of trouble. When I try to make the cue/bin files from the disc it says that it is not the right cd format. It shows track one- data track
track two- audio track
track three- unknown

I also tried Ahead Nero, Padus Disc Juggler and Easy CD Creator but ended up unsucessful. If anyone know how I can remove the patch and/or burn my copy of FFIX please reply. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Oh yeah, it's the (US) NTSC U/C version.
