Inno Setup With Alpha Skins

Here is a setup which uses alpha skins and created by inno setup by RESTOOLS:

The RESTOOLS version seems to works with the skin very well, it seems the skin is applied to most of the controls, the message boxes have an opening effect, the setup has a preview on the taskbar, etc. It said it uses "Setup version: Inno Setup version 5.3.10.eex (a)" in the log file.

But the lastest source seems to has some lacks. the skin won't load on buttons or panels, the message boxes have no effect, there is no preview on the taskbar, and so on.

Does anyone have an idea or any access to RESTOOLS one?
