First, a little background:

.CDI = Disc Juggler
.BIN/.CUE = CDRWin
.NRG = Nero

You can't burn .CDI files using CDRWin anyway... You can convert the .BIN files to .CDI files using BIN2BOOT and burn them using DiscJuggler though.
