Copying DVD-ROM to DVD-R/RW

Does anyone know how to copy straight from one to the other without decoding or ripping?

Not unless it's under 4.38 gigs..1:1 copy that is! You cannot buy 9.4 gig DVD-R's anywhere..That's what Hollywood use for their Movies! Also due to pirateing on movies 9.4 gig on Single Side DVD-R's won't be out for sale..For now we're stuck with 4.7(4.38)Media's only..Although there is Combined 9.4 DVD-R out there..Each side of 4.7..
